Hey Nino…. I’m actually on time here this week! Yeah my friend I see that… and you look to be well rested, this week as well! Gee Nino…. how can you tell? My friend trust “me” I can definitely tell that your well rested this week here, unlike last week…. when I had to force you to stay awake during our discussion together remember!

Yeah Nino absolutely…. I’ve been getting myself in the gym at least 4-5 days a week ok! Nino that being said…. each and everyday that I’m in the gym, my training intensity has been going up the roof!

My friend because the more intense that you train everyday, the more your body is going to build that lean muscle mass…. that every person in the gym today is trying so hard to achieve ok!

Hey my friend there you are…… I was just about to give you a call, to see if you were coming today! Gee Nino I’m sorry that I’m an hour late today….. I had a really tough time to get up this morning! My friend please don’t tell “me” that your still partying and drinking alcohol here this week! My friend because just by “me” looking into your eyes here this morning, it sure seems that way to “me”!
My friend so that being said….. please tell “me” today that I’m totally wrong here in assuming that ok! Ok Nino…… hold on right there! Nino I can assure you today and God can as well, the reason why I had a tough time of getting up out of bed this morning…. has absolutely nothing to do with me drinking any alcohol ok!
Gee Nino because after our discussion last week on the effects that alcohol can have on “my” training, I told myself and “my” friends that I was done poisoning “my” body with drinking alcohol…. ok!
Oh my friend…. I can’t tell you how relieved I am right now, by you telling “me” that ok! My friend I just want you to know something here today…. ok! Ok Nino sure…. what is it? Well my friend I just want you to know that I totally know how hard it is today to stand up to peer pressure, especially when alcohol is involved ok…. great job in standing up for yourself!

Nino as a matter of fact here you’ll be happy to know that I now take the weekends off from training, so I can allow my muscles to rest and grow! My friend…. that’s great to hear! My friend that being said here… believe it or not the same holds true with you getting enough sleep as well, in order for your muscles to grow effectively today!

Ok my friend you might find this hard to believe today but the truth of the matter is your muscles are most likely, to grow the most here when their at full rest! My friend basically what I mean by saying this to you is simply this! My friend your muscles and body CANNOT fully grow to it’s maxium potential, WITHOUT the proper amount of sleep today…ok!
My friend so that being said here…. you seriously need to be getting at least 8hrs of sleep total daily, in order for your muscles to receive the maxium growth possible ok! Gee Nino I had absolutely no idea that “me” not getting enough sleep here would actually put “my” muscles, that I’ve been working so hard for lately…. in jeopardy from growing to their maxium potential! My friend as you know here I always tell you the honest truth about things, to only help you in your life today not hurt you…. ok!

Ok Nino… I believe you! So Nino that being said…. how was your workout the next day after having, a little alcohol being put into your body? My friend like I said…… it wasn’t great at all ok! My freind I couldn’t do anything as far as lift or for that matter even think straight, because of all that alcohol that was still in “my” system… ok!

My friend make no mistake about it when I tell you this, but there are certainly alot more physical side-effects that I could be sharing with you today….. but that could take hours for us to go through each one of them! My friend that being said….. I’m only going to share with you the most common one I see happen to people today, when they go about mixing alcohol with their training…ok!

Ok my friend since you’ve been mixing alcohol with your training here lately…. have you noticed a drop in your muscle endurance? Gee Nino that’s funny that you should mention that because….. Yes I have!
Nino as matter of fact it was just a couple weeks ago here that I was able to get about 20 reps each time, with “my” sets very easily without “me” even trying! Gee my friend that’s GREAT! My friend have you still able to do that many reps easily, since you’ve mixing a little bit of alcohol with your training here lately?
Gee Nino are you kidding “me”….. absolutely NOT! Nino I’ll be totally honest with you here today, I’ve been really struggling lately to get 10 reps in each of ”my” sets that I do! Gee Nino could the reason be why this is happening to “me” here lately, is because of the alcohol that I’ve mixing together with “my” training? My friend I think that would be pretty safe to assume here today…. ok!

Hello my good friend….. welcome back on this beautiful sunny day! Hey Nino I know isn’t it great…… spring is in the air! Yes it is my friend…… God is sure in control of the seasons here, and “he” is definitely telling us that spring is just around the corner!
Yeah Nino…. I know and I couldn’t be more excited, about spring coming! Nino because ever since our discussion last week on how to acheive that six-pack, I’ve been really focusing alot more on “my” diet and doing “my” cardio as well!
My friend that’s great news…. I am so happy to hear that your back on track, with both your diet and doing your cardio! My friend I’ll be totally honest with you here I really wish that there was an easier way, to go about acheiving that six-pack today….. but there isn’t! Gee Nino are you kidding ”me”! Gee Nino because like I said I haven’t been using alot weight when I’m doing “Negatives” with “my” chest lately! Nino that being said… I’ve really been able to slowly control the weight and focus on “my” form, and get the “Negative” as I’m bringing it down to “my” chest!

My friend I can’t tell you how many times here I’ve seen people at “my” gym when their trying to do “Negatives, especially with their chest hurt themselves…. simply because of this reason! My friend because their simply using way too much weight where there unable to SLOWLY control the weight, and get the “Negative” as it’s coming down to their chest….ok!

My friend key #2 is doing your cardio on a daily basis…… at least 20 minutes 3-4 days a week!
