Over the last year I've read so many articles that say instinctive training is crap and all this switching up of the routines and high reps is not going to help you gain muscle.

But the guys who write that are nowhere near your muscularity!  You are totally correct in the listening to your body and instinctive training.

It's called the mind to muscle link and while these guys hash out crap books to pitch in hopes of becoming rich, you are a true bodybuilder who understands his body.

Keep your words flowing man.  You are going to make a difference in the lives of many people.</description>
