Hey Nino….. how do you feel?
Well my friend to be totally honest with you, I’m not 100% yet… but each day I’m getting stronger!
Gee Nino I’m so glad that your back…. I really missed you!

My friend that being said here…. how have you been?
Well Nino to be totally honest with you since you’ve been sick, I haven’t been training very hard at all… ok!

Well my friend this is the first time since we’ve been together here, that I can totally relate to what you just said…. ok!
My friend because I haven’t been training hard either lately… ok!
My friend as a matter of fact, I haven’t been to the gym here in about a month…ok!
Gee Nino but you have a good excuse, you’ve been sick… ok!
Nino that being said… I certainly have no good excuse to give you, why I haven’t been training very hard lately ok!
Nino I guess you can say that I’ve been a little lazy here, since you’ve been sick… ok!
Well my friend I have some news for you today… ok!

Well my friend it’s quite simple here, now that I’m back there’s no more excuses…ok!

Nino because now that your back I know for a fact here, your not going to allow “me” to give you any excuses whatsoever, why I can’t keep on training….right!
