Hey my friend…. welcome back on this beautiful spring day!

Hey Nino your definitely right… spring weather is finally here!

Nino that being said here… I haven’t been feeling, like the weather here lately ok!

Gee my friend…why not?

Well Nino now that spring is finally here, I’ve been getting a little frustrated in regards to the progression of “my” overall physique here lately…ok!

Nino that being said here… you of all people know how hard I’ve been training here in the last couple of years, in hopes of “me” of achieving that “dream body” of mine one day ok!

Yeah my friend… I certainly do!

My friend that being said here, just keep on training hard…. it will happen ok!

Well Nino that’s just it here… I have been training hard ok!

Nino but I’m not seeing “my” physique progress, in the way that I was hoping that it would at this time….ok!

Nino that being said here…. I just feel that it’s never going to happen, and that’s why I been getting really frustrated here lately ok!

Ok my friend… stop right there!

Well my friend believe or not here… you just came up, with our next topic of discussion here this week ok!

Gee Nino I did… what is it?

Well my friend it’s quite simple here…. Never Say Never!

Gee Nino something tells “me” here today, that I’m about to receive another one of your valuable lessons here in why I should never say never in “my” life, no matter how hopeless the situation may look at the time ok!

Gee my friend I think your way of thinking here since we’ve been together for about four years now, is without a doubt here along the lines as mine… ok!

Ok my friend that being said here…. let’s see if I can convince you here today, to Never say Never in your life then!

Ok Nino…. let’s see if you still have it!

Ok my friend…. listen up! 

Well my friend believe or not here today, there was a time in “my” life here as well when those same words popped into “my” head too… that is was never going to happen to “me” ok!

Gee Nino once again here… your just saying that, to make “me” feel better here today ok!

My friend absolutely not…. I’m serious ok!

My friend that being said here… let “me” take you back to a time in “my” life here, that is still fresh in “my” mind to this day when I repeatedly told myself that no matter how hard I worked at it everyday here, it was NEVER going to happen to “me”..ok!

My frend listen up here…. because I really want you, to hear this today ok!

Absolutely Nino… let “me” hear it!

Well my friend believe or not here today…. I also got very frustrated with “my” physique” here as well, when I first started working out in hopes of achieving “my” “dream body” one day too ok!

Nino your kidding “me” here today… right?

My friend, I’m dead serious here today..ok!

Ok Nino… I believe you!

Nino that being said here… so how did you stay so focused here, to keep pressing on towards achieving your “dream body” one day?

Well my friend to be totally honest you, it DEFINITELY wasn’t easy by any means here… ok!

My friend I can’t even begin to tell you how hard I worked out everyday, and I didn’t see any changes whatsoever here in “my” physique ok!

My friend as the months went by here, “my” physique remained the same.. NO Change ok! 

My friend that being said doubt started to get into “my” head… that “my” “dream body” was NEVER going to be achieved, no matter how much effort I put into it everyday at the gym here ok!

Gee Nino I’m curious… how did you overcome all this negativity in your head?

Nino because as I can see your physique has definitely improved here, over the years since we’ve been together here… ok!

My friend that’s just it…. it takes time ok!

Listen my friend nobody said that it would be an easy road here, to acheive our “dream body” here one day…ok!

My friend that being said here… the only thing we can do here together today is to continue, to give 100% of our effort everyday we train here…”No Excuses”!

Ok Nino I promise you… I definitely will!

The Benefits Of Slowing Down Your Reps

Hey my friend…. welcome back!

My friend that being said here… how’s it going today?

Well Nino I’m glad you asked… ok!

Nino because there’s something that I want to discuss with you today, in regards to “my” training… if that’s ok with you?

My friend absolutely… what is it?

Well Nino lately when I’ve been at the gym here, I’ve been observing how some people do their reps during their sets..ok! 

Nino that being said here… I see some people who do their reps really fast, and some who go really slow ok!

Nino that being said here, what I would like to know from you here today is this…ok!

Nino which way is better and more beneficial for my muscles to grow at their maximum potential here, doing “my” reps slow or fast?

My friend without doubt here today…. doing your reps really slow and controlled during your sets here, is going to allow your muscles to benefit a whole more to grow at their maximum potential, than if you were doing them fast ok!

Nino I had a feeling today that you were going to say to “me”, to do “my” reps slow instead of doing them fast here…ok!

Nino that being said here…. can you give “me” one more benefit here today, that I will see happen to “my” muscles when I’m slowing down “my” reps here during “my” sets?

My friend absolutely…. it would be “my” pleasure here today!

My friend that being said here… are you ready to hear another benefit, that your muscles are going to receive if you slow down your reps?

Absolutely Nino… let “me” hear it!

Ok my friend really this next benefit is a no brainer here, that almost every bodybuilder in our society today is aware of that can happen here, if they slow down their reps..ok!

My friend which is simply this…. they are going to allow their muscles here, to get a better overall pump and also not to mention more blood being pumped into them as well here, during each and every set that they do ok!

My friend because they are really concentrating on the muscle that is being worked, and when that happens here you no doubt are allowing your muscles to have a greater chance of maximum growth here, without any excuses whatsoever in why they can’t…ok!

My friend… does that make sense to you here?

Yeah Nino…. I definitely know exactly, what your talking about here ok!

Nino because I was watching this exercise program the other day on tv, to get some training tips in how I can allow “my” muscles to receive more of a pump here during “my” sets, so they have a greater chance to grow at their maximum potential here…ok!

Awesome my friend… what did they advise you to do?

Well Nino they basically told “me” the same exact same thing here, that your telling “me” here today…ok!

My friend I’m so happy to see that you’ve took it upon yourself to go the extra mile here, to get additonal training tips besides myself here, with you watching some of these great exercise programs that are on tv today…ok!

My friend because that only tells “me” here today, that your serious about acheiving your “dream body” here this year…. “No Excuses”!!
