The Benefits Of Slowing Down Your Reps

Hey my friend…. welcome back!
My friend that being said here… how’s it going today?
Well Nino I’m glad you asked… ok!
Nino because there’s something that I want to discuss with you today, in regards to “my” training… if that’s ok with you?
My friend absolutely… what is it?
Well Nino lately when I’ve been at the gym here, I’ve been observing how some people do their reps during their sets..ok!
Nino that being said here… I see some people who do their reps really fast, and some who go really slow ok!
Nino that being said here, what I would like to know from you here today is this…ok!
Nino which way is better and more beneficial for my muscles to grow at their maximum potential here, doing “my” reps slow or fast?
My friend without doubt here today…. doing your reps really slow and controlled during your sets here, is going to allow your muscles to benefit a whole more to grow at their maximum potential, than if you were doing them fast ok!
Nino I had a feeling today that you were going to say to “me”, to do “my” reps slow instead of doing them fast here…ok!
Nino that being said here…. can you give “me” one more benefit here today, that I will see happen to “my” muscles when I’m slowing down “my” reps here during “my” sets?
My friend absolutely…. it would be “my” pleasure here today!
My friend that being said here… are you ready to hear another benefit, that your muscles are going to receive if you slow down your reps?
Absolutely Nino… let “me” hear it!
Ok my friend really this next benefit is a no brainer here, that almost every bodybuilder in our society today is aware of that can happen here, if they slow down their reps..ok!
My friend which is simply this…. they are going to allow their muscles here, to get a better overall pump and also not to mention more blood being pumped into them as well here, during each and every set that they do ok!
My friend because they are really concentrating on the muscle that is being worked, and when that happens here you no doubt are allowing your muscles to have a greater chance of maximum growth here, without any excuses whatsoever in why they can’t…ok!
My friend… does that make sense to you here?
Yeah Nino…. I definitely know exactly, what your talking about here ok!
Nino because I was watching this exercise program the other day on tv, to get some training tips in how I can allow “my” muscles to receive more of a pump here during “my” sets, so they have a greater chance to grow at their maximum potential here…ok!
Awesome my friend… what did they advise you to do?
Well Nino they basically told “me” the same exact same thing here, that your telling “me” here today…ok!
My friend I’m so happy to see that you’ve took it upon yourself to go the extra mile here, to get additonal training tips besides myself here, with you watching some of these great exercise programs that are on tv today…ok!
My friend because that only tells “me” here today, that your serious about acheiving your “dream body” here this year…. “No Excuses”!!
